At Bohego, we put care into every piece — and we want you to feel just as confident wearing it. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• Un-damaged Items: The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Damaged items: Unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request.
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The item is not on sale and does not fall under non-returnable items (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on:
• Earrings
• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Final sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• We’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days
• Please note: Shipping cost is on us for damaged or faulty items. For other returns, customers are responsible to bear the shipping cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the one you have (if eligible) and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hola@bohego.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Mention your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
4. Please ensure the item is safely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Oh no! If your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product, please email us at hola@bohego.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and unboxing video so we can make it right.
